Cancellation is allowed 3 days prior to your booked date.
Cancellation Penalties
To avoid a penalty, confirmed reservations must be cancelled three (3) days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date. Failure to meet this deadline will incur the following fees:

A cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate will apply for cancellations made two (2) days prior to the check-in date.

For cancellations made on the guest’s arrival day, a full one-night room rate (100%) will be charged.
No-Show Policy
Should there be a no-show for a guaranteed booking, the hotel shall charge a minimum of one night's room rate. Furthermore, room reservations for any succeeding nights shall be automatically canceled.

Incidental Deposit
Upon check-in, the hotel requires a refundable incidental deposit of ₱3,000 per room, per night. This deposit is collected in case of charges incurred during the stay (e.g., minibar, room service). Any unconsumed portion of the deposit will be promptly refunded to the guest upon check-out after a room inspection.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in before 6:00 AM or late check-out beyond 6:00 PM will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the contracted room rate. Please note that all requests for early check-in or late check-out are strictly subject to room availability and must be confirmed by hotel management.
Force Majeure Clause
The hotel shall not be responsible to guests for failure to fulfill the terms of this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
